Plain-language summary: we only collect what you type into our wholesale request form, we use it to reply to you, we never sell it, and this page tells you exactly who else sees it and how to ask us to delete it.
1. Who we are
FBRamps ("we", "us", "our") is a wholesale supplier of unbranded wooden fingerboard ramps, based in Portugal. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through fbramps.com (the "Site"), in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. What we collect
We only collect personal data in two ways:
| Source | Data |
|---|---|
| Wholesale request form | Company name, contact name, email address, country, models of interest, estimated quantity, and any message you write. |
| Automatic, when you open a page | Your IP address and basic technical request data (such as browser type, page requested, date and time). This reaches our hosting provider, Cloudflare, when the page is delivered, and Google, when the page loads its typefaces (Google Fonts). We do not keep our own copy of this data and we do not use it to identify visitors; see section 4. |
We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or any tracking cookies. The only thing this Site stores in your browser is a small flag remembering that you dismissed the cookie notice. It contains no personal data and nothing is tracked because of it.
3. Why we collect it, and our legal basis
We use the information you submit through the form solely to respond to your wholesale enquiry, prepare a quote, and, if you become a customer, manage that business relationship. Our legal basis under Article 6 GDPR is:
- Article 6(1)(b): taking steps at your request before entering into a contract with you; and
- Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries directed at us.
The technical data described in section 2 (your IP address and basic request data when a page and its typefaces are delivered) is processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(f): our legitimate interest in delivering a working, secure website.
We never use your data for marketing you haven't asked for, and we never sell it to anyone.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small number of external service providers to run this Site:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and content delivery): delivers this Site to your browser and, in doing so, processes your IP address and basic technical request data. Its processing terms are set out in Cloudflare's Data Processing Addendum (available at cloudflare.com/cloudflare-customer-dpa), which includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. Cloudflare also states that it complies with the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- Web3Forms (operated by Web3Creative, India): receives your form submission and forwards it to our inbox. Web3Forms acts as our data processor under its Data Processing Agreement (available at web3forms.com/dpa), which incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers from the European Economic Area. Under that agreement, submission data held on its systems is deleted after three years at the latest.
- Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC): this Site loads typefaces directly from Google's servers. Loading them sends your device's IP address to Google. We do not control what Google does with that request; Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
We do not share your data with any other third party, and we do not sell personal data under any circumstances.
5. International transfers
Because of the providers listed above, some data may be processed outside the EEA. Where this happens, it is covered by the providers' own GDPR safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses). If you'd like more detail on a specific transfer, contact us and we'll do our best to answer from what our providers disclose to us.
6. How long we keep it
We keep wholesale enquiry data for as long as needed to respond to you and, if we start a business relationship, for the duration of that relationship plus the period required by Portuguese commercial and tax law (generally up to 10 years for invoicing records). Enquiries that don't turn into an order are typically deleted after 24 months of inactivity.
7. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Correct it if it's inaccurate or incomplete;
- Delete it ("right to be forgotten"), where there's no legal reason for us to keep it;
- Restrict or object to our processing of it;
- Receive a copy of it in a portable format; and
- Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Portugal, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), or the data protection authority in your own EU country.
To exercise any of these rights, email . We'll respond within one month, as required by GDPR.
8. Children
This Site is a business-to-business wholesale platform. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect data from, children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Site or our providers change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be reflected here; we encourage you to check back periodically.
